DISCOVERY CALL

Everything starts with a conversation. Tell Us a little about your pain points.

ONSITE CONSULTATION

we visit the site location, talk in depth about your design goals and pain points, design aesthetics, and other points necessary for us to build your design brief. 

CONTRACT + INITIAL PAYMENT

following the consultation. you’ll receive a letter of agreement, design brief, and invoice for the initial design fee. once received, we begin work on your design concept.

MOOD BOARDS + CONCEPT

We compile your ideas and frame them into objective goals. Inspiration images are used as reference points. we present to you a detailed design concept, which we offer one revision.

DESIGN PHASE

design concept is approved and we begin sourcing furnishings, contacting and scheduling trade partners, and confirming project schedule.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

work is actively happening as we serve as your advocate and liaison to all trade partners and vendors. 

INSTALLATION

This is what you’ve been waiting for. When all the pieces come together and your space is complete.
